 Course FAQs

  • You will need either a stand mixer with a whisk attachment for a hand mixer, a food scale, a silicone baking mat or parchment paper, a spatula, and (2) 12-16" piping bags. I downloadable PDF with the recipe and needed ingredients will be provided upon purchase.

  • The class is suitable for ALL levels. Younger bakers may need some adult assistance.

  • The class is broken up into 6 sections that you can watch at your own pace. One batch of macarons usually take about 2 hours to complete.
